TEVA Deutschland is a subsidiary of the global market leader in the field of generic drugs, TEVA Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. At the same time our name is synomymous for a range of innovative products. TEVA Deutschland has two main areas: We produce reasonably priced and costeffective generic drugs of outstanding quality and highly specialised products in the fields of
oncology, pneumology and nephrology / transplantation. An important point to bear in mind
is that TEVA is “vertically diversified”. This means that we carry out all of the development
of our pharmaceutical products ourselves, from chemical synthesis to galenics or the pharmaceutical development of extremely valuable standard pharmaceutical products. We also invest 7% of our turnover in research and development, including research and development into generics.
